Household water purifier maker "BRITA" will release a bottle with water purification function "fill & go" and a carafe "fill & serve" on February 6th.
Brita has mainly developed household water purification pots. The filtration cartridge was about the size of a fist, and the pot itself was inevitably large, so I had no idea to carry it around.
However, this time, the newly developed "Micro Disk Cartridge" has made the container itself more compact.
The 5.5 cm diameter and 6 mm thick cartridge is made up of 5 million ultrafine particles of activated carbon, and its surface area is equivalent to the size of one soccer field. Even if it is small, its performance is almost the same, and it removes 9 substances that affect taste and odor from tap water.
fill & go is a plastic bottle with a capacity of 600 ml. A cartridge is built in the cap part, and it is a novel design that filters with the spout.
The bottle itself is very light, so you can easily carry it around if you carry it empty and refill it in the office or on the go. The way the water came out was just right, so I have a feeling that this will be quite useful.
There are four vivid color variations. The estimated market price is about 1,980 yen.
Similarly, the plastic fill & serve has a stylish design and glass-like transparency even when placed on a table. With a capacity of 1.3L, it does not take up space in the refrigerator.
The main body has a double structure, remove the cap and pour tap water directly. It comes with an LCD meter that tells you when to replace the cartridge, so it's safe for people who forget it (the guideline for when to replace is about 4 weeks when using 5L a day).
The color of the cap part is three chic colors. The estimated market price is about 2,980 yen.
The tasteful and economical Brita pot is my favorite, but with the introduction of the new size, it seems that the place of utilization will expand more and more!
