Honey and herb liqueur "Honey Sake" was released today (March 1st) from Yomeishu Seizo. The price is 980 yen (excluding tax) with 250 ml.
This product is a liqueur that combines honey with eight kinds of herbs that go well with each other, such as elderflower and lemon myrtle. It contains as much as 30% honey, and all of them use organic honey from Yamada Bee Farm.
From the golden liquid, you can feel the rich honey scent and the refreshing scent like lemon, and it has a mellow sweetness. It is said that it is finished with the natural sweetness of honey and fruit juice without using sugar or artificial sweeteners.
You can enjoy it straight, but the alcohol content is 14%, so if you drink it as it is, it will be stronger. It goes well with tea and milk, including rock and soda, so it's perfect for relaxing before going to sleep.
The author's recommendation is vanilla ice cream . Mix 50g of cream cheese with one ice cream, and if you sprinkle honey liquor on the finish, it will turn into a delicious adult sweet. Buy Haagen-Dazs every Friday night and go home!
Although it is different from the image of Yomeishu so far, it is a sake that makes use of the technology cultivated through many years of making medicinal sake. Even if you bring it to the girls-only gathering, you will be happy.
