PAPER TORCH is a flashlight made using AgIC's technology for printing electronic circuits on paper. Set two coin batteries (CR1616) in the battery case and roll the main body like a cylinder to light it.

Taking advantage of the property that the longer the distance of the current path, the larger the electrical resistance, and the shorter the distance, the smaller the electrical resistance. In addition, the color of the light can be changed between inward and outward winding by the LED that changes color when it touches the paper.

The size is 252 x 144 mm and can be used in an environment of 0 to 30 degrees. This product is the first product of the design-specific IoT product platform "DoT. (Design of Things)" by Softbank and the design office "nendo". Nendo, Takeo, a long-established paper company, and AgIC, a venture company from the University of Tokyo, are involved in the production.
