Hi-R Japan will release the home-use ice cream maker "IceDeli" from May 15th.

Ice cream makers that have appeared one after another from each company in recent years. Although manual and electric, most of them required the container to be frozen in advance.

However, the ice deli to be released this time is "no advance preparation required". Like the company that develops refrigerators and wine cellars, the ice deli itself has a cooling function. I was curious, so I took a look ahead!
The body size of the ice deli is W185 x D265 x H238 mm, and the weight is 2.5 kg. It has a compact size that is easy to store even in the off-season, but it seems that you can make 6 110ml (3.72us fl oz) ice cups at a time.
To use, just put the ingredients and press the button. Really only this. After that, the built-in cooling device keeps mixing automatically while cooling the pot. The cooking time is about 40 to 120 minutes, so if you set it at the same time as preparing the meal, the dessert will be completed by the time you finish eating.

Another point is that you can choose the "texture" of the finished product (the menu differs depending on the model). I have also used products that require pre-cooling, but this is helpful because I have had the experience of eating them in a hurry because they are too loose. Depending on the model, it can be adjusted in 6 steps, and you can enjoy a wide range of things such as sherbet, frozen drinks, jellies, and cold soups.

The vanilla ice cream of food stylist Maron, who was served at the tasting party, was like a dessert in a restaurant with a rich and smooth taste.

To clean, just wash the parts and the cup part of the main body. The main body has some weight, but it also has a handle for easy holding.
There are two types of ice deli lineup: "Ice Deli", which allows you to adjust the finish in two stages, and "Ice Deli Plus", which has six stages. The estimated retail prices are 16,800 yen and 19,800 yen, respectively. Although it is a high setting for an ice cream maker, it seems to meet the needs of people who "have no space in the freezer" and "want to make various desserts with one unit".
