Moheji "Brown sugar honey for coffee"
I'm addicted to the surprising taste!

To sweeten coffee, you usually add sugar or syrup, but did you know that black honey also goes well? It is also offered at cafes such as Ueshima Coffee and Renoir, so many people may be familiar with it (although Renoir was quite sweet and shocking ...).

I found "Brown sugar honey for coffee" at KALDI Coffee Farm where you can easily enjoy the black honey coffee at home. It was a summer-only product that was blended with "good compatibility with coffee" in mind, so I immediately tried it.

The product uses 35% brown sugar from Okinawa prefecture, and when licked as it is, it has a refreshing sweetness than black honey. It's smooth so it's easy to dissolve in coffee.

Dissolve a tablespoon of brown sugar honey in 100 ml of coffee and pour 80 ml of milk to make "brown sugar milk coffee". This is delicious with the sweetness of coffee milk and the fragrant aroma!

Also, it is recommended to sprinkle brown sugar honey not only on coffee but also on ice cream and yogurt. In that case, I thought that "warabimochi" would be an ant, so I made "coffee warabimochi" with the recipe posted on the official website of KALDI Coffee Farm.

Put it in a microwave-compatible container, wrap it, and heat it in the microwave. Mix well to remove the rough heat, and then cool in the refrigerator until it hardens (be careful as the texture will deteriorate if it is cooled too much).

Sprinkle with your favorite flour and brown sugar honey. It just goes well with coffee, and it goes great with the whole thing!
