This product is a round hot cake mold made of silicon. If you use this mold when making a hot cake, you can bake a thick cake with a diameter of about 10 cm and a height of about 3 cm.


You can use a general hot cake mix. Make as indicated and pour to about half of the buttered mold.


After tapping lightly to remove the air, place the mold on a frying pan and bake. Cover and heat over low heat for about 7 minutes, then turn it over for about 3 minutes. When you take it out of the mold, both sides are browned, and the fluffy panque is completed!





You can bake one mold with the usual one piece of dough, but it takes about 10 minutes to bake one piece, so if you want to bake many pieces, it is better to prepare multiple molds. Also, the condition of the fire will change the second time, so please adjust the baking time each time.
