Marusan Ai released three types of liquid miso with soup stock, "Miso that melts and continues to smell" on September 1st. The first new product in the miso industry that uses a "freshness bottle".

There are three types of lineup: "Koji with dashi", "Assorted with dashi", and "Red dashi with dashi". The double-structured bottle is equipped with a check valve structure cap, so the miso does not come into contact with the air and the color and flavor do not change easily.



When I made miso soup immediately, the miso stopped without dripping and it felt good! If you stir it quickly, it will melt, so it was really quick. You can also make it by dissolving it directly in a bowl like instant miso soup.



In addition to miso soup, it can be used for various dishes such as stir-fried foods, simmered foods, and tamago kake gohan. Both contain 410g (14.46oz) and the suggested retail price is 350 yen (excluding tax). There is no doubt that it will come in handy for the season when miso soup becomes delicious!
