"Rice frozen storage container" developed from "Kitchinto-san". The feature is that the center of the bottom of the container is raised with a pocon. This "convex structure" prevents uneven heating and thawed frozen rice plumply and deliciously. It also has a steam valve, so you can put it in the microwave without removing the lid.





I also frozen the rice in this container and thawed it in the microwave, and it was true that the whole thing was even and plump! Until now, I had given up saying "I can't help heating unevenness", but it feels great to be able to do something else in one shot without adjusting the heating time! Since it is a round container, it has the advantage of being served in a bowl just by turning it over. It's a donut-shaped rice with a dent in the center, but it looks cute as well.
