This is a new clip-type product released in November from the tape cutter "Calcut" series. It features a minimal structure with a unique "calcut blade" that "cuts with a light force" on one side of the clip.



To use it, just pinch it with your fingers, open the clip, and pinch it with masking tape. When I cut it with the same feeling as I usually tear it by hand, I was fascinated by the straight cut.




Although it has some jaggedness compared to cutting with scissors, it seems that you can work efficiently even when you want to cut continuously and quickly or when you use multiple masking tapes.

The manufacturer's suggested retail price is 360 yen for tape widths of 10 to 15 mm and 380 yen for 20 to 25 mm widths (both tax excluded).
