Raw Christmas trees (fir trees) will be on sale from November 30th at each IKEA store. The restaurant and cafe in the store will also feature a limited-time menu and a Swedish Christmas dinner.
The sale of raw Christmas trees is an annual project. You can choose your favorite one from trees of different sizes and shapes. The price is 2,499 yen (tax included, same below). A Christmas tree stand (2,000 yen) is also available.
The sale period is until December 10th, and will end as soon as the stock runs out. If you return the used tree to the IKEA store within the specified period (January 4-14, 2018), you can use the "tree purchase certificate" issued at the time of purchase as a coupon for 1,000 yen. IKEA Touchpoint Kumamoto will start selling from December 1st.
The restaurant and cafe in the store will offer "Roast Beef & Crab Gratin" (1,699 yen) for a limited time from November 30th. From December 21st to 25th, a buffet-style Swedish Christmas dinner "Julebord" will also be offered.
