The second item is on the collaboration menu of the food delivery online supermarket "Oisix" and the popular ramen shop "Ippudo". The meal kit "Supervised by Ippudo! Veggie Pota Ramen with plenty of vegetables" is on sale.
Following the first "pork bone soup pot with plenty of vegetables," which was sold out in just four days after its release, ramen is finally here. Taking advantage of the strengths of both companies, it was developed for people who want to eat ramen but are worried about lack of vegetables.
When I opened the kit, it was almost vegetables so that I doubted it was a salad kit. In addition, Ippudo's healthy Chinese noodles with 10% sugar cut, Ippudo's pork bone soup, and tomato sauce are included.
Fry the cabbage and onions in a pan, then take them out and boil the noodles in boiling water. It will boil in 10 to 15 seconds, so I'm happy that it can be done in no time!
Complete with noodles, stir-fried cabbage, baby leaf, and tomatoes in a bowl of melted soup. I can't see the noodles because I have too many vegetables ...!
The familiar rich pork bone soup remains the same, but with the addition of tomato acidity, it tastes like a Western-style potage soup. If you like, you can add olive oil to make it more mellow, and the soup alone will make you want to drink it.
I thought that the vegetables were too strong, but the delicate baby leaf and the sweetened cabbage matched well with the soup and noodles. If you want a protein source, you can add steamed chicken or boiled eggs.
You can fully enjoy ramen and a cup of 425 kcal. It also reduces guilt, so it looks good for a late dinner.
"Supervised by Ippudo! Veggie Pota Ramen with plenty of vegetables" kit is 630 yen (excluding tax) per person. Limited sale until February 8th, so don't miss it!
