Seibundo Shinkosha has released a book, "Continuing Bento," which summarizes the tips for making bento boxes. It will be on sale from March 9th. The price is 1,300 yen (excluding tax).
The author is Sachiko Izui, who is known for her "boxed books" that propose a style of hospitality by beautifully serving dishes in various boxes. As a secret to making a bento every day, we introduce "a menu that you can continue to make without difficulty" and "tips for beautifully packing dishes".
The menu includes standard side dishes that are delicious even when cold, simple side dishes that can be eaten for dinner the day before, side dishes that can be prepared, a la carte sandwich ingredients, and how to use pickles and preparations.
