It's time to switch coffee to ice cream. I would like to introduce the "Mizudashi Coffee" series, which was recently released by MUJI, because it was a taste I personally liked.
There are two types of lineup: "Mizudashi Coffee Original Blend" and "Caffeineless". Each comes in 3 bags for 500ml (16.91us fl oz) (30g (1.06oz)), and the price is 490 yen (tax included).
To make it, just put a bag containing coffee powder in a pot with room temperature water and extract it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. No special tools are required, and if you don't have a pot, you can extract it with a glass or bottle.
The original blend has a crisp bitterness and then the sweetness spreads, and you can enjoy the aroma and richness of coffee even with water. A refreshing aftertaste with no unpleasant taste.
On the other hand, caffeine-less has 97% caffeine cut, which gives a slightly thinner impression than the original blend. You can enjoy a mellow aroma with a modest bitterness and acidity. In both cases, even after taking out the coffee bag, the taste did not deteriorate and I drank 500 ml in an instant.
Very satisfied with iced coffee that can be easily made at home. The cost is not so different from buying a packed coffee, so I would like to use it a lot for the summer!
