I was curious about the rare ethnic sweets that can only be found at specialty stores, so I checked them out ♪

・ Mango and nata de coco chae 399 yen (excluding tax, same below)


A chae with anglaise sauce layered on a sauce that combines coconut and banana. It is topped with plenty of mango pulp, mango jelly, goji berry (goji berries), nata de coco, and tapioca.


The base sauce is creamy. The tropical flavor and sweetness of coconut and banana melts in your mouth.


The lively texture of the toppings is also attractive. Melting mango flesh, plump mango jelly, and pleasantly chewy nata de coco have a personality that makes it easy to tell which one is in your mouth.

・ Two kinds of beans and coconut chae 399 yen


A chae with fruit puree layered on a sauce that combines coconut sugar and coconut milk. The toppings are red beans and chickpeas, dried fruits, nata de coco, tapioca, etc.


A good balance between the smooth, rich and sweet chae and the simple taste of beans. Purees such as mango and passion fruit add a touch of freshness, and the brilliant sweetness of dried cranberries is an accent. Excellent eating quality!


It looks bad, but I personally want you to stir it around and eat it! The bite-bite topping changes, and you can enjoy a random taste.


・ Vietnamese coffee-style condensed milk pudding 270 yen


Arranged by Seijo Ishii of Vietnamese-style pudding "Bain Fang". Coffee jelly and caramel sauce are placed on condensed milk flavored pudding and topped with almond slices.


The bittersweet and bold sweetness of caramel sauce and the refreshingly plump coffee jelly go great together. You can enjoy the rich taste combined with the richness of pudding. The fragrant almond accents are also nice! It's not as addictive as it looks, so if you like pudding, you should definitely try it.
