Mizunoiro

Although it is colorless and transparent, it expresses the "color of water" that changes by reflecting the scenery and seasons. Traditional Japanese sweets called Hoshikingyoku are made as thin as possible and finished in a flat round shape like water droplets. The price is 1,296 yen (tax included) for 10 pieces.



There are five colors: red, orange, yellow, green, and blue. Red is the color of "autumn leaves reflected on the surface of the lake", orange is the color of "mountain trees", yellow is the color of "autumn ginkgo trees", green is the color of "mountain trees", and blue is the color of "sky".
