Summer is still hot. It's encouraging to have a refreshing regular dish in the refrigerator.
That's where the "Tataki Cucumber Element" and "Salt Cabbage Element" from KALDI Coffee Farm come in handy. All you have to do is prepare cucumbers and cabbage, and the price is 186 yen (3 times each, including tax).
The ease with which you can complete it simply by cutting the vegetables and blending them in is also attractive. I will introduce it below.
KALDI Tataki Cucumber
[How to make]
Cut two cucumbers (200g (7.05oz)), put them in a plastic bag, and beat them. In the image, there was no rolling pin, so hit it with a whiskey bottle, but if possible, hit it with a rolling pin. If you do not pay attention to the force, it will collapse.
Add 1 bag of this product and lightly rub it to complete.
The saltiness is modest, but the taste of kelp and dried bonito broth is effective. The savory flavor of sesame oil stands out, and the spicy spiciness of Doubanjiang is a nice accent. Combined with the crispy texture of the cucumber, you can eat as much as you want.
KALDI salt cabbage base
[How to make]Cut 1/4 cabbage (150g (5.29oz)) and put it in a plastic bag.
Add 1 bag of this product and lightly rub it to complete.
This is also modest in saltiness. It has a refreshing taste that brings out the umami of the dashi stock and the sweetness of the cabbage. The crispy texture and sesame oil scent have an appetite-promoting effect! I'm happy that I can make a lot at once.
Both the tataki cucumber and the salted cabbage have a good taste of dashi, but the saltiness is modest. It has a light taste that is perfect for garnishing dishes and retouching, but it may not have a slight impact as a snack for sake. When using it as a snack, you can use salt to enhance the taste or make a small amount of vegetables.
