Summer vacation is over, and the new semester is finally here. The temperature has dropped a little, so it will be easier to make lunch boxes. I often bring my lunch to work, but I found a very convenient frying pan in Nitori in the morning when I didn't have time, so I would like to introduce it.

Nitori's "IH Separate Pan" is a 16 x 20 cm square frying pan. It is compatible with IH and gas fire, and features a partition with a depth of about 2 cm in the center.

Using this partition, it is possible to make different side dishes on the left and right. When I actually made tamagoyaki, one side was just the right depth and size to bake one egg.

It depends on your idea how to use it, such as making 3 side dishes at the same time by devising a menu, making omelet with different tastes on the left and right, and using it for breakfast. Since it is larger than a normal frying pan for tamagoyaki, it was also a point that was easy for me to use personally because it was stable on a stove with a temperature sensor.

A separate pan that makes efficient lunch preparation with one frying pan while making several kinds of side dishes at a time. If you want to make a bento, please check it out!
