Canned sea chicken and corned beef. The unlikely combination is a hot topic. I saw it at the supermarket and was curious, so I decided to give it a try.
K & K sea chicken corned beef
The ratio of sea chicken to corned beef has not been announced, but it seems that corned beef is more common when looking at the raw materials. Sea chicken is pickled in tuna oil. Calories are 277 kcal per can.

If you eat a bite as it is, you can certainly enjoy the taste of both sea chicken and corned beef. Originally, the corned beef with a strong flavor is still superior, but thanks to the sea chicken, it gives a light impression. The two are intertwined, giving the umami depth.

The special site is publishing recipes to eat deliciously. I tried "Sea Chicken Corned Beef Chanpuru" from them.
Sea chicken corned beef chanpuru

Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
1 can of sea chicken corned beef 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

Bean sprouts 200g (7.05oz)

Shave 1 beaten egg and bonito flakes

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry sea chicken corned beef, tofu and vegetables.

Season with salt and pepper and mentsuyu, add beaten egg and fry.

Serve in a bowl and top with dried bonito flakes.

The chanpuru, in which the umami of corned beef and sea chicken are intertwined, is complete! It's probably because of the sea chicken corned beef that it's easy to season but it's tasty and lingering. It is also perfect as a snack for sake.

The special site also has recipes for salads and peperoncino. Of course, you can use it in recipes for sea chicken and corned beef. We recommend the sea chicken corned beef, which has a double flavor and can easily produce a deep taste!
