Carrot cake known as the taste of British and American homes. I sometimes see it as a cafe food in Japan, but I found it in the frozen product section of KALDI Coffee Farm the other day, so I tried it.


The carrot cake at the store is a cupcake made by adding grated carrots to the dough and adding cinnamon and nutmeg to it. It can be eaten by natural thawing, but the dough is a little dry, so if you heat it in the microwave for about 20 seconds after thawing, it will change to a moist and fluffy texture.



You can see carrot fragments on the dough, but the flavor is hardly claimed, and the taste that changes rapidly depending on the aroma of spices, raisins, and walnuts is fun. The icing with cream cheese is also an accent, and it is mysteriously delicious. You can arrange it with carrots, walnuts, pistachios, lemon peels, etc. on top of the icing.
