A slightly unusual seasoning "balsamic soy sauce" found in KALDI. I tried it and it was delicious so I will introduce it! The taste is decided by one, so it is recommended for beginners of balsamic vinegar.
KALDI's balsamic soy sauce
An original product that can be obtained only with KALDI. Soy sauce is mixed with balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy. The price is 367 yen (tax included) with 150 ml in a short bottle. The liquid feels like thick black honey. At first, the taste of sweet and sour soy sauce spreads, and then the gorgeous acidity spreads. The taste of soy sauce is mellow and has a rich taste like mitarashi sauce.
It's not too refreshing, so put it on a salad for a luxurious finish. It is also recommended to sprinkle on tomato & mozzarella caprese. The taste is decided by this one.
It's a thick liquid and I'm glad that it rides on the material properly. Doesn't Caprese's olive oil tend to flow on the plate even if you sprinkle a lot on it?
Also OK for meat and fish dishes. It has a slightly twisted and stylish taste, so it is also recommended for hospitality dishes. If you're worried about balsamic vinegar, but don't know how to use it or how much you can use it, I think you should try this as a starting point!
