"Silicone petit cake type" that is widely deployed at Daiso according to the Valentine season. Among them, the one that caught my heart was this design with the motif of "paws".
Six cake molds of about 6 cm are lined up and the price is reasonable at 200 yen (excluding tax). It can be used not only as a chocolate or sherbet mold, but also in an oven because it has a heat resistant temperature of 230 degrees.
Let's make chocolate cake
Just putting the dough in a mold and baking it will give you a solid paws pattern, but if you coat it with chocolate, it will look even more cute, so it is recommended. Below is a brief introduction on how to make it.First, I prepared the dough for madeleine and financier (I used the recipe I found on the hot cake mix site).
Pour into the mold for 5-7 minutes and bake in the oven. Remove and save the rough heat.
While the cake is cooling, melt pink or white chocolate in a water bath (color combinations are your choice). First, pour pink chocolate on the paws, and when it hardens to the touch, pour white chocolate over the entire mold.
Gently put the madeleine back in before the white chocolate hardens, and when the chocolate is completely hardened, remove it from the mold to complete. It's made of soft silicone so it can be peeled off cleanly.
A paw cake mold that is perfect for the upcoming "Cat Day" (February 22nd). Please make a lot of cute footprints ♪
