Spreading on the top is shaving chocolate with cherry blossoms and leaves kneaded into it. It is beautiful like cherry blossom petals and you can enjoy the flavor like sakura mochi.


Below that are chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache, gyuhi mochi, and chocolate sponge.


Chocolate mousse is fluffy, light and creamy, and chocolate ganache is fragrant and rich. Not only the sweetness of chocolate, but also the richness and aroma of cacao can be felt. The quality is convincing for chocolate lovers.

Gyuhi mochi is smooth and smooth. It is not very chewy and adds a moderate accent to the soft overall. The balance between quantity and texture is exquisite.

The chocolate sponge in the bottom layer is not too sweet and can be fluffy. Personally, I have a strong impression that the sponge is not good for convenience store cakes, but this does not stand out badly and is familiar to the whole.

It is a "delicious matcha sweet" that you can understand even if you don't like matcha.


It's a set of two, so it's probably the theory that someone and two people eat one each, but it's also possible to eat two by yourself. I think both are as delicious and stiff as a 500-yen cake at a cake shop.
