Nowadays, you can buy authentic frozen foods at convenience stores and MUJI products. What I personally expect from Seijo Ishii is one point of "taste"! I tried to eat and compare them all at once, so I will introduce the recommendation level in a ranking format without permission.
1st place "Fried rice with shrimp and grilled pork" 250g (8.82oz), 329 yen (excluding tax, same below)
Thaw in a microwave or frying pan. You will be impressed by the fragrant scent of "burnt" that looks like it was transferred from a wok. The rice is crunchy and not greasy, and the shrimp and char siu are generously included, which makes me very satisfied. With standard seasoning, I felt the taste of the ingredients from the shiitake mushrooms and the pieces of green onions.
2nd place "XO sauce umami dandan noodles" 1 serving, 359 yen
The cooking method is a microwave oven or a pot. If you use a microwave, you need 160 ml of boiling water for soup to finish.
Contrary to its not-so-red appearance, it's really spicy! The sesame seeds, which are fully dissolved in the soup, gently wrap the stimulus that makes your tongue stick.
The amount of ingredients that are always present from the beginning to the end of eating is also a nice point. The rich flavor of sesame, meat and seafood is more delicious than the frozen soup that you want to drink every drop.

Xiaolongbao with excellent eating response that gives the impression of "mainly ingredients". When the sticky skin that sticks to the tongue is torn, the sweetness of the meat and vegetables overflows, causing a flood of umami. It's refreshing despite the richness of fat, so you'll want to sip it all the time!
4th place "Hokkaido pork bun" 2 pieces, 480 yen
Taking advantage of the sweetness of pork and onions, the deliciousness that makes you want to eat every day without any habit or dullness in a good way. The skin with fermented butter added to the secret flavor has a sweetness like bread, and the balance with the ingredients is ◎. Add mustard to your liking to tighten the taste. 4th place considering the price and the trouble of thawing.
5th place "Chinese rice dumplings with boiled pork and organic bamboo shoots" 2 pieces, 459 yen
Chimaki mixed with diced pork, bamboo shoots, and shiitake mushrooms. When the whole package is warmed, the nice scent of bamboo skin rises softly. The seasoning is light, but the individual ingredients and the soup stock of the seafood are soaked in the glutinous rice and are very tasty. It tasted as I expected, so I settled down here.
By the way, each manufacturer is a domestic manufacturer such as Maruha Nichiro and Kiyoshi Edo. All of them do not use chemical seasonings, so they can be safely incorporated into your daily dining table. If it was in the freezer, the quality would be "I did it!"
