When I was lonely because I couldn't meet Tiramisu, which was imported directly from Italy from the business supermarket I introduced earlier, I came across a sweet called "chocolate truffle". I bought it with the expectation of the same manufacturer.
Two cups are included, and the price is 248 yen (excluding tax). It is sold frozen, so please thaw it in the refrigerator overnight.
There is a layer of chocolate sauce on the bottom, and on top of that, it has a mouthfeel that melts with plenty of air like chocolate mousse. The sweetness and rich chocolate flavor of overseas sweets spreads the aroma of alcohol, and the bittersweet cocoa powder tightens the whole (those who are not good at alcohol may want to refrain from it). I want to eat this with espresso ...!
Like the Marsala wine-scented tiramisu, the chocolate truffles entertained with the expected adult taste. When you think of truffles, you have a strong image of a colon and rounded chocolate, so I would say "raw chocolate truffles". How about moving it to the refrigerator on Friday morning and rewarding it for a week after returning home?
