Tortellini is a pasta made by filling a square pasta dough with ingredients, folding it into a triangle, and joining the ends together to form a ring. I bought it with cheese, but it seems that it may be packed with meat sauce like ravioli.

The size of one is about the size of a ring. When boiled, it swells about 1.5 times.

Boil time is 14 to 16 minutes. If you drain the water well, you can use your favorite sauce to complete it.
