"MUJI Diner" first appeared in Japan in " MUJI Ginza " which opened in April. Unlike "Cafe & Meal MUJI", which is attached to a large store, this restaurant offers different menus in the morning, noon, and evening.
I also go to cafes once in a while, but what on earth is MUJI's breakfast coming out ...? I was curious, so I visited.
"MUJI Diner" is located on the first basement floor of "MUJI Ginza". Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 11:00, lunch is served from 11:00 to 14:00, cafe is served from 14:00 to 17:00, and dinner is served after 17:00 (dinner time can be booked online).
The breakfast menu includes three types of menus that can be eaten with one coin (500 yen). I ordered soymilk porridge from "toast set", "rice ball set" and "soymilk porridge set meal". In addition, "Grilled fish set meal" and "Yudofu set" (both 850 yen) are also available.
The salad bar (400 yen) is also a plus because it's a big deal. You can freely choose and eat fresh vegetables and toppings sent directly from the production area from the wagon in the center of the store. It is said that the salad will be served only once, so be sure to serve it!
The soy milk porridge set meal includes miso soup, incense, and a small bowl in addition to porridge. As for soymilk, freshly made soymilk is used at the "Tofu Kobo" in the store.
The rice porridge has no soymilk or habit so that you might suspect that it really contains soymilk, and the gentle sweetness of the rice and the creamy richness are delicious. The body warms up and heals.
According to the clerk, it is very crowded at night, so it is relatively free in the morning and easy to use. I visited around 10 o'clock on weekdays, but I was able to sit down in about 15 minutes. How about using it in Ginza in the morning from the congestion at the time of opening until it settles down? * All prices include tax
