Recommended for Aomori souvenirs! Introducing the mackerel can series "38 CAN BAR", which develops rare flavors such as green curry and tom yum kung.

A series of mackerel cans with the theme of "gourmet of the world". The mackerel used is "Hachinohe-mae-oki mackerel" landed at Hachinohe Port in Aomori. There are seven flavors, including salt from the Tsugaru Straits, yuzu kosho, green curry, ajillo, tom yum kung, habanero, and stamina source.


The price is 564 yen (tax included) with 180g (6.35oz) each. 38CAN BAR Green Curry

When I opened the can, I was surprised at the size of a piece. It's a size that doesn't seem to be chewy with a bite.



The taste is quite authentic. You can enjoy the stimulating spiciness, sweetness of coconut, and the vivid flavor of herbs.


Although it has an impactful taste, the taste of mackerel is not defeated. The more you chew, the thicker it exudes. The soft, greasy texture is also luxurious. It is also perfect as a side dish for rice.

38CAN BAR Tom Yum Kung

Reproduce the Thai spicy soup "Tom Yum Kung". The spices and herbs work and the flavor is gorgeous. The spiciness is moderate, and it enhances the taste of mackerel with a slight acidity.

Uses "Habanero," a type of chili pepper known as extremely spicy. The seasoning is salt-based and light, but it's still spicy! Recommended for those who want stimulation. It looks good as a snack for sake.
