Among the confectionery ingredients "self-made series" developed by MUJI, "baked cheesecake" has been highly evaluated for some time. I haven't seen it recently, but it has reappeared as a new product, so I made it!
"Make your own baked cheesecake" is a set of cheesecake mix, apricot sauce for finishing, and a baking mold with a diameter of about 15 cm. After that, you can make it by preparing three ingredients: egg, milk, and unsalted butter.
It's very easy to make, just mix the butter melted in the microwave and the rest of the ingredients in a whisk. After pouring it into the attached mold, bake it in an oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
After baking, it swells in a dome shape, so tap it lightly to remove air, and cover it with aluminum foil to cool it. When the heat is removed, apply apricot sauce and finish. It's a cheesecake that shines in a golden brown color!
The dough is fluffy, moist and fine, and the mouthfeel is light like souffle. I felt the aroma of cheese strongly when I was making it, but when it was baked, the flavor of cheese was a little understated. Sprinkle with sweet and sour apricot sauce to make it just right, which is different from the image of a heavy baked cheesecake, but it's delicious!
