This product is a soup made from glass soup with lemon from Setouchi, olive oil from Spain, and bonito broth extract. It is a straight type that can be hung on noodles as it is and can be easily cooked.




Although it is light in color, it has a strong taste of glass soup and soup stock, and the lemon that has a fragrant aftertaste is refreshing. It has a taste like white soup with animal flavor and richness of olive oil, and it is refreshing but the taste is perfect with just one bottle. It goes well with Western-style ingredients such as bacon and tomatoes. I wanted to try various ingredients that are different from usual.
