In Seijo Ishii, a new product "Jelly like fruit" series has appeared. Six types of grapes are on sale: red grapes, white grapes, domestic oranges, mangoes, guava mixes, and berry mixes. The price is 199 yen each (excluding tax).

I was curious about the fruit jelly that is perfect for summer desserts, so I tried it!

Seijo Ishii Jelly like fruit

I bought 4 kinds of red grapes, white grapes, domestic oranges and mangoes. The red and white grapes are developed like Seijo Ishii, who is strong in wine.


Red grapes use 50% Concord grape juice and white grapes use 60% Chardonnay juice. It has a soft jelly shape that melts in your mouth, and you can enjoy the rich and deep sweetness of red grapes and the elegant yet firm sweetness of white grapes.





On the other hand, domestic oranges and mangoes have a relatively firm texture. 75% of fruit juice is used in domestic mandarin oranges, and you can enjoy the balance of strong sweetness and acidity unique to mandarin oranges. A familiar taste that sets it apart from orange jelly. I personally like it.



Mango uses 18% Alfonso puree. You can enjoy a rough mouthfeel like flesh. The strong sweetness that remains until the aftertaste is tropical!
