Installation & removal is a moment. Since there is a limit to the angle at which it can be opened by hand, it is unlikely that it will be disassembled unintentionally during use.

Excellent usability. With a reliable thick blade for a non-slip handle, you can cut not only vegetables but also thick meat crunchy. I'm happy that the contents can be cut with the hands of the pack or wrapping, and no cutting board is required. It requires less washing and labor.
