Black Bear is a work by Dick Bruna, a Dutch picture book writer and graphic designer known for "Miffy". As a publisher designer, Bruna has designed the cover of about 2,000 paperbacks (paperback books), and the Black Bear has appeared in the promotional posters for the paperback series.

The released TSUTAYA original item is designed for people who enjoy reading, in response to the setting of the black bear, "I read too much and my eyes turned red."
