Therefore, it is recommended to put it in a rice cooker together with commercially available "Takikomi Gohan" and rice. It's very easy, and you can enjoy the taste of glutinous rice. I will introduce the recipe.
■ How to make
1. 1. There are four items to prepare: "Takikomi gohan (1 bag = 3 go)", "Kirimochi (1 go)", "Rice (3 go)" and "Water (3 go)". This time, I chose "Gome Kamameshi", but any taste will do as long as it goes well with the chewy texture.2. Cut the rice cake into dice. It doesn't have to be so fine, about 12 equal parts is enough.
3. 3. Put rice, water, and cooked rice in a rice cooker, and then sprinkle the cutted rice cake.
Four. Cover and cook in cooking mode.
Five. Once cooked, mix the melted rice cake with the rice and loosen the whole with a rice scoop. Mochi tends to remain in chunks, so be careful not to crush the rice grains and mix them carefully.
6. Mix evenly and you're done.
The cooked rice coated with melted rice cake has a chewy and moist taste. The saltiness and umami of the ingredients are well complemented, and I just end up eating too much. It is also recommended for lunch boxes as it does not feel dry even after a while. If you use rice balls, you can get a good feeling of satisfaction.
