Bread pudding made with an omelet
material
・ Raisin bread (1.5 sheets)・ Egg (1 piece)
・ Milk (100cc)
・ Sugar (1 tbsp)
・ Butter (1 tsp)
How to make
1. 1. Cut the raisin bread into 1/6 pieces. The point is to make the size as uniform as possible.2. Put eggs, milk and sugar in a container such as a vat and mix them evenly.
3. 3. Place the raisin bread on the "2" bat, wait about 1 minute, and then turn it over. It's OK if you inhale almost all the egg liquid.
Four. Heat the omelet (12 x 18 cm) to melt the butter and spread it.
Five. Turn off the heat and pack the bread with the egg liquid in the omelet. It's OK even if you push it in a little and the bread is crushed.
6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake on low heat for about 10 minutes.
7. 7. Turn it over and cover the other side with aluminum foil for 3-4 minutes, then bake on low heat to complete. When turning it over, put it on a flat plate, slide it, and put it back in the omelet.
The finished bread pudding is a rectangle that looks like a large piece of bread. Because it sticks firmly due to the effect of the egg, there is not much worry that it will collapse when serving on a plate.
And the taste you care about is ... The texture is moist and melts when cooked carefully. The chewy and sweet taste of the raisins that appear here and there adds a nice accent. It's delicious enough as it is, but if you add honey or maple syrup, it will taste even better. It is also recommended to cut it neatly and add fruits and whipped cream.
