IKEA's first urban store "IKEA Harajuku" will open in the complex "WITH HARAJUKU" on June 8th. Conveniently located a 1-minute walk from Harajuku Station, you can easily enjoy shopping, eating and drinking.

IKEA Harajuku consists of four "living needs (sleeping, arranging, relaxing, cooking)". The layout reflects the needs of urban living. Considering that the limited space in the city is an issue for the room set, we propose effective use of space by matching the layout and size. It reflects urban life, such as rooms for living alone and rooms that are realized at low prices. Approximately 1,000 pieces of furniture are on display, and you can actually see and touch them.






On the 1st floor, there is also the first sales floor "Sweden Convenience Store" both in Japan and globally. You can quickly purchase affordable and sustainable products such as eco-bags, freezer bags "Easterd" made of plant-derived materials, and plant ramen. At the coffee stand in the convenience store, you can take out coffee, cinnamon rolls, plant-based soft ice cream and Sundays.



At the "Swedish Cafe" on the 2nd floor, a new menu "Tsunbroad" with ingredients on the traditional Swedish food "Flatbread" is also offered as an IKEA Harajuku limited item. Harajuku, the origin of crepe and food-walking culture, is a fusion of Swedish culture.



The outline of the IKEA Harajuku store is as follows. As measures to prevent infection and spread of the new coronavirus, efforts will be implemented such as issuing admission ticket, restricting admission according to the situation inside the store, installing vinyl curtains, and installing spray bottles of hand disinfectant.
