The deliciousness of thermal cooker
Miso soup and soup, which allow you to get plenty of vegetables and water, are a menu you want to make every day in the coming season. However, I can't take my eyes off when I take the lye or worry about the heat, and if I cook it in parallel with the main dish, it may be overcooked.
Thermos has introduced a cooking utensil that allows you to make such soup dishes
without using fire. I tried it a little earlier before the release on September 1st.
You can make soup at the table
The "Thermos Vacuum Insulated Table Soup Jar" is a pot that allows you to "heat-retain" soup and other foods by taking advantage of the heat-retaining power of the stainless steel thermos structure. The capacity is about 800 ml, and you can make soup for about 4 people at a time.

Simple structure with wide mouth and easy to wash
The basic usage is to put ingredients, seasonings, and boiling water in it, cover it, and wait. If you boil water in an electric kettle, you will not use a stove at all, so it is convenient even in a kitchen with few stoves.
This time I made it by referring to the recipe on the Thermos website. Potatoes are preheated in the microwave.
Add ingredients, chicken glass soup, miso and butter to a jar
Leave for 20 minutes or more!
The point is to pre-treat the ingredients that are difficult to cook in a microwave oven. Since you don't have to stir, the ingredients don't crumble and the appearance is beautiful. By heating it slowly, the taste is brought out from the ingredients, giving the impression that you can enjoy the taste of the ingredients more firmly than usual.
When I was ready to eat, Hokka Hokka Tei was completed.
"A lot of potato soup" Hokuhoku potato and rich soup are excellent!
It takes about 10 minutes for miso soup made with soup stock and a dashi pack. The slightly elaborate soup can be made by leaving it for 20 minutes, so it is easy to coordinate with the preparation of meals.

Add dried shrimp and nam pla and pour hot water ...

If you put the lid on, the soup in the container will not cool down during meals, and you can refill it. It's also good to be able to send it to families with different return times without reheating (keeping warm for up to 2 hours). In the summer, it can be used as a dessert ice pack or as a drink cooler.
The manufacturer's suggested retail price for the table soup jar is 6,000 yen (excluding tax). It is a very convenient item to have one!
I think I'll be good at soup this winter!
