KALDI Coffee Farm is lined with chocolate products for Valentine's Day. Among them, I would like to introduce the "Moheji no Watorifu" that I was interested in.

Moheji's Japanese truffle

Valentine's limited product. Six types of truffle chocolate wrapped in Japanese flavored ganache are packed in a small box with a Japanese-style design like Chiyogami. The price is 615 yen (tax included).


Ganache is kinako, amazake, soy sauce, wasabi, shikuwasa, and yuzu flavor.



Soy sauce was particularly impressive. The saltiness of the soy sauce and the sweetness of the milk chocolate on the outside are a perfect balance, and you can enjoy the sweet and sour taste that makes you addicted.


If you like wasabi, you should also pay attention to wasabi. The refreshing flavor of wasabi works well, but the spiciness is suppressed, so you can rest assured. The rich taste of bitter chocolate is an adult.


Kinako is also full of fragrance and high quality. It has a strong kinako taste, not a slight one. It goes well with the mellow taste of milk chocolate!
