Music Shiki is a condominium that integrates a music studio with excellent sound insulation performance and a living space. A grand piano (YAMAHA C2X) is installed in the room rented out as a weekly condominium, and you can play freely from 8:00 to 24:00. You can also practice electric guitar if you bring an amplifier.

The users are supposed to be people who come to Tokyo for the music college entrance exams and concerts, as well as bandmen and musicians who do not have enough time just for studio practice. I want you to use it as a practice place where you can concentrate more than a music studio.
