In Taiwan, there is a cat village called "Houghton" that CNN of the United States has selected as one of the "6 Big Cat Spots in the World". The village, which is said to be home to more than 100 cats, has a bridge set up for cats that allows them to move freely between and around the station.
"Cat Reine" is a sweet that is inspired by the cat village "Houton".
"Cat Reine" was developed by Mr. Tamaki, a Japanese pastry chef of "Tamaoki Noodles & Coffee", which has a shop in Tainan. Madeleine made from Tainan apple mango that fits the Japanese taste.
