Iris Ohyama released the exercise equipment "Trunk Stretch Core Trainer" on March 15th. It seems to support efficient stretching with a novel shape.

The product is divided into three parts, which are assembled into a single rod before use. The wavy neck is made of urethane and is soft, allowing you to twist your upper body and stretch your body while keeping your shoulders straight. By loosening the shoulder blades, you can expect effects such as stiff shoulders and improved posture.

I got the real thing, so I asked the staff who was sleepy in the office to try it as a sample. She says she goes to the gym on a regular basis, and she is highly evaluated as "twisting more than usual!" Among them, the "carrying pole carrying style" seemed to be a favorite, saying that "there are places where you can't usually stretch by yourself." It seems that my eyes have awakened perfectly. It was good.

The core trainer can also train while sitting. If you do a lot of computer work, your posture will tend to lean forward, but just by carrying it, your chest will open naturally and you will be able to take a posture with your shoulder blades close together.

After the end, it can be disassembled and stored, so it does not take up space. Two sizes are available for each height, and the reference price is 3,980 yen. At home, of course, I think it's an ant to keep one in the office.
