Based on the long-selling item "DHC Eyelash Tonic", a beauty essence for eyelashes with additional beauty ingredients. A new combination of two types of rush glow ingredients that regulate the growth environment of eyelashes and support increased density. Gives lashes that tend to be damaged firm and moisturized.
