Yuzu wasabi and grated maple--Hundred yen store tube seasonings are great deals and a wide variety

A 100-yen shop that sells not only miscellaneous goods but also various cooking ingredients. In particular, tube seasonings are often cheaper to buy than supermarkets, so I use them frequently. Speaking of tube seasonings, ginger, garlic, wasabi, etc. are standard, but the types are quite abundant. This time, I would like to introduce some rare products that I found at Daiso and Can Do.

I bought 6 types for the time being

First of all, "Neri Ume" and "Shiso Ume" that you can easily add the flavor of umeboshi to your cooking. In addition to hand-rolled sushi and dressing, it seems to be good for fried foods and noodle dishes. The "Shiso Ume" that I tried tasting has the strength that the flavor of perilla and plum comes to the fore as soon as I lick it! Adding this will make it easier to eat thick meat and fried foods. The exhilarating feeling that promotes appetite seems to be good as a topping for porridge when you catch a cold.

Next are "Yuzu Kosho" and "Yuzu Wasabi". I use Yuzu Kosho for chicken dishes, but this is the first time I have found a Yuzu Wasabi product. Yuzu wasabi is used for yakitori, cold shabu-shabu, udon noodles, sashimi, etc. The flavor of yuzu spreads first, and then the spicy taste of wasabi immediately follows, making it a delicious taste twice. If you put it on sashimi, you may feel the fish even more delicious.

The freshness of yuzu and the spiciness of wasabi make it delicious twice.

The last two products are " Kizami Coriander " and "Maple Grated". The "Kizami Pakuchi" released in February of this year has been a hot topic with the support of the Pakuchi boom. "Grated Japanese radish" is grated radish mixed with red pepper. It has a fresh and gentle appearance, but the spicy taste of chili peppers is a stimulating condiment that tingles to the throat. If you add it to hot pot dishes and yudofu, it will warm you up even on cold winter nights!

It's spicy but I want to add plenty to the pot

A tube seasoning that changes the taste just by adding a little to a standard dish. If you go to a 100-yen shop, why not check out the assortment and feel free to try new flavors?
