Discovered in KALDI! "Apricot Bo" sister product "Maru Anzu"-Sweet and sour plum syrup pickled

"Anzubo" is a classic summer sweet that you can freeze and eat. The crispy texture, sweet and sour taste, and the aroma of apricots are irresistible.

Did you know that apricot syrup pickles are sold by Minatsune, who makes this apricot bo?

Anzubo may not be very familiar outside the Kanto area

Its name is "Maru Anzu". Uncut whole apricots are soaked in syrup with plum juice. Easy-to-eat seed removal.

This time I bought it at KALDI Coffee Farm. The price was 321 yen (tax included) with plenty of 500g (17.64oz).

If you eat it as it is, you can enjoy a crispy and comfortable texture and sweet and sour taste. The sweetness of the syrup that overflows from the cavity inside is nostalgic the moment you chew.

Roughly big

Like Anzubo, it is delicious even if it is frozen and eaten! The syrup is crispy and has a refreshing taste. The sweetness is tightened, and the richness of apricots is strongly felt in the aftertaste.

In addition, it can be used as a topping for ice cream and yogurt, used for making sweets, and used as a fruit sandwich ingredient. It goes great with cream cheese and butter.

For making sweets and fruit sandwiches

Also, combine the remaining syrup with carbonic acid to make apricot sour. You can enjoy it without waste ♪

Anzu-chan recommended

The miso is not just pickled in syrup, but with plum juice. It's sweet, but it's sour and it's delicious. Please enjoy the taste that is perfect for summer and various arrangements!
