On July 4, CFNetz will launch "Kenchiku no Madoguchi," a service that offers free initial consultation with a real estate consultant to address concerns and problems with budgets, construction methods, and other issues that one may have when considering the construction of a private home.

The consultation consists of a "hearing," in which the consultants sort out the issues and provide direction based on needs and requirements, and even provide a basic design and budget plan; "matching," in which several housebuilders that are likely to meet the requirements are selected; and " preparation," in which the contents are sorted out to facilitate comparison later on, and then the consultation is passed on to a representative from each housebuilder. It consists of three stages of "start-up," which is passed on to a representative from each housebuilder.

In addition, for 10,000 yen per hour, the company offers "Kenchiku no madoguchi full support," a fee-based service that accompanies or attends meetings and negotiations after the handover. In addition, "Kenchiku no Madoguchi Inspection," a paid service that checks and reports from a third-party perspective on whether construction is progressing according to the design documents and whether there are any problems, is also offered.
