In mid-July, MegaHouse will release "LUBIC Void Cube" (2,200 yen without tax), which has a hollow center part, and " Speed Cubing Kit ver. 2.0 " (2,800 yen with tax), which allows users to change the firmness of rotation as desired. The Rubik's Void Cube is a new type of cubic puzzle.


Like the regular Rubik's Cube, the LUBIC Void Cube is a puzzle in which each side of the cube is made up of one of six different colors. Generally, when playing with Rubik's Cube, the theory is to align the colors of the center of one side of the cube, which does not change its arrangement, but this product does not have such a center, making it more difficult than Rubik's Cube.


Speed Cubing Kit ver. 2.0 is a product that includes a Rubik's Cube that can be disassembled, a flat-blade screwdriver and screws necessary for customization, and special grease to make the rotation smoother. By removing and disassembling the central part of the cube, the user can adjust the tightness of the screws on the core part, which serves as the axis for rotation, and by attaching ring-shaped parts (metal washers), the user can adjust the rotation to his/her liking.

Even those who have been playing with a regular Rubik's Cube may enjoy increasing the difficulty level and challenging the fastest speed record.
