KALDI Laksa Ramen

Singapore's classic noodle dish "Laksa". I found an instant ramen version of this "Laksa Ramen" at KALDI Coffee Farm.

The price is 321 yen (tax included) per meal. It's quite expensive as an instant food, but I'd like to introduce it because it was delicious enough to be convinced.

The thick soup is super rich with the richness of coconut milk and the umami of shrimp! Spices such as chili peppers and turmeric add spiciness and flavor to it, giving it a lingering taste. It's spicy, but richer than spicy, and if you like dandan noodles or butter chicken curry, it's a kind of taste you'll love.

Rich x spicy habit ~

The noodles are thick and chewy, and go great with the rich soup. The original laksa is rice noodles, but this is wheat noodles. It's an ethnic soup, but it's probably because the noodles are made from familiar wheat.

The noodles are chewy and satisfying to eat

To be honest, it's delicious enough without toppings. However, I think that if there is, the texture and taste will change and you will be able to eat more deliciously.

According to the over-the-counter POP, it is a product that has been selected as "the most delicious instant noodles in the world" by the American instant noodle review site "The Ramen Rater". It's a cup of honor, and it's a perfect taste for summer, so if you see it, give it a try!
