The removable frying pan set "evercook 7-piece set of choice, glazed" is now available from Doshisha's kitchen brand "evercook. It will be available from early April 2022 on Doushisha's direct sales site "Doushisha Marche" and reach face mail order site "eclity".

Launched in 2012, "evercook" is a kitchen brand based on the concept of "you will want to use it all the time. The brand offers frying pans and pots with a warranty.

The new "evercook" series is a series of removable frying pans and pots, and its name comes from the fact that you can "choose" the most suitable size frying pan or pot depending on the dish you are cooking at the time.


The set includes seven items: frying pan 22cm, deep frying pan 26cm, pot 18cm, glass lid with silicone ring 18cm, plastic lid for pot 18cm, cover for 22-26cm with rotating handle, and special handle. The limited edition color is a glaze color that is popular for blending in with the kitchen. The coloring of the set as a whole is designed to create a sense of unity.

The special handle is removable, so it can be served freshly prepared at the dining table. The detachable handles can be compactly stacked for storage, so they do not take up much space in the kitchen.



It can be used with all heat sources, including induction and gas heat, and can also be used for oven cooking by removing the special handle. A one-year warranty is provided against peeling of the fluorine coating on the inner surface of the body.
