studio BAG disseny has developed "Voltasol" in response to such motionless flowerpots. This is a moving flowerpot.


Voltasol" is a flowerpot with a conical bottom. Whenever the wind blows, it spins around, showing the viewer that the plant is alive. The rotating flowerpot also allows the plants to receive sunlight from various directions, which promotes their growth.


According to the developers, "Voltasol" was inspired by sunflowers, which face the direction of the sun. It is unclear whether this is the reason or not, but sunflowers were also used in the testing of "Voltasol".



There are two types of flowerpots: a large size, about 30 cm tall, and a small size, about 19 cm tall. The release date and price have not yet been determined, but reservations are now being accepted at livingthings.
