A "house with a well" is a house with a well set in the "comfortable house" that the company is developing. Until now, the installation of wells was an option, but this time it is included as a standard plan.


Regarding the installation of wells, in addition to a plan that incorporates construction and installation, there are two plans that the owner can dig by hand. The main unit price starts from 15.3 million yen (tax included) (when the total floor area is 97.70 m ² ).

Wells can be used in various ways, such as watering and sprinkling water for planting in daily life, and using them as water resources in the event of a disaster.
