Taiwanese-style shaved ice, which has become popular in recent years, is shaved ice made by thinly shaving flavored ice. Since it uses soft ice with a higher sugar content than ordinary ice, it seems that it was difficult to scrape with a conventional ice shaving machine.

By adopting a design that firmly fixes the ice, this product also supports soft ice. You can change the thinness of the ice by turning the adjusting screw of the blade, and you can also make normal shaved ice.
